Do you ship internationally?
Yes — across the EU, to Switzerland, the United Kingdom and 89 countries in total. You see the shipping cost at checkout before you order. Free shipping from €150 — within Germany.
How are the models packaged?
Collector-friendly – each model is individually secured, padded, and shipped in sturdy shipping cartons. The manufacturer's original packaging is always preserved.
How long does delivery take?
2–4 business days within Germany, 4–8 business days EU-wide. To Switzerland, the United Kingdom and all other countries 10–14 business days plus customs clearance.
Are the models still in their original packaging?
Yes – all models are supplied unopened and in their original manufacturer's packaging. Condition: new, unused, collectible
What happens if a model arrives damaged?
Write to us within 48 hours of delivery and send a photo. We will sort it out together — quickly and without fuss — get in touch
Can I register interest in an announced model?
We do not take paid pre-orders. Under “Upcoming models – register now” you can register your interest free of charge and with no obligation — we get in touch as soon as the model arrives.
